Volvo S60 T5 teszt

[2012.02.08.] We spent a very pleasant week which included a jaunt to Ruapuke and back for a Waitangi weekend camping trip. This was a great test for the Volvo – plenty of motorway driving, followed by some twisty blacktop and then gravel, all while laden down with the accoutrements of spending a couple of nights under canvas without decent toilet facilities.

[2011.07.08.] While the Volvo XC60 has been the standout seller for Volvo dealers, the recently-ish released S60 has done pretty well too. No doubt you've all seen the TV and billboard Ads spruiking the S60's "German whipping" ability. Well, that and the fact the thing is a safety powerhouse is the reason we wanted to get our hands on one. We wanted to see just how useful all of its goodies are, and whether the Swede can really mix it with the Germans.

[2011.07.21.] We're ten minutes into our long-term test of the 2012 Volvo S60 T5 when a fact breaks like a wave over our staff. One by one most of us realize that it's been years since we've driven a Volvo sedan. The last S60 debuted way back in 2000 while the newest S80 arrived way back in 2006. That's probably why we think of wagons and SUVs these days when the name Volvo is mentioned.

[2011.01.02.] Volvo is offering its American customers a cheaper entry level model for the S60 line-up. It’s called the T5 and is priced at only $30,795, which is $450 less than the previous base model and $7,000 more affordable compared to the initial top version.

[2011.04.14.] Review [Video] | Volvo’s all-wheel drive 300-hp S60 T6 could easily find its way on to a lot of different shopping lists. The same would not, at first, appear to be true of the entry-level T5 model. But that will change.

[2004.07.01.] The S60 has been around for four years now but somehow it has never quite hit the spot with buyers; it's one of those cars that you know exists but never yearn to own.
